Role Overview :

As a senior leader in the Artificial Intelligence practice, you will spearhead the design and deployment of sophisticated AI systems that drive business value for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable machine learning architectures. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and intelligence of our client platforms, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve high-stakes business problems for global clients.

- Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks to automate complex workflows and enhance operational productivity.

- Design and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve natural language understanding and generation capabilities within proprietary applications.

- Collaborate with data engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless integration and scalability of AI models in production environments.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the AI practice.

- Present technical strategies and project outcomes to senior stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.

- Proven ability to architect solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to solve real-world enterprise challenges.

- Deep technical proficiency in NLP and LLM development, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.

- A minimum of 8 - 15 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles.

- A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site work environment at our Hyderabad office, engaging effectively with local and global teams.
