Job Description:

This role is for a senior technology leader who builds AI-based products and guides teams on how to use AI effectively in large software applications.

What will this person do?:

- Build AI-powered applications using technologies like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.

- Design systems where AI can search company data, understand questions, and provide accurate answers (RAG - Retrieval Augmented Generation).

- Develop AI agents that can perform multiple tasks and make decisions step-by-step.

- Integrate AI models into products used by customers in legal, tax, risk, and compliance domains.

- Decide the overall technical architecture and guide engineering teams on best practices.

- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new AI technologies.

- Ensure AI systems are secure, ethical, compliant, and perform well at scale.

- Mentor engineers and influence product direction.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Architects, and Leadership teams.

Tech Stack:

- Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, RAG systems, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Embeddings & Semantic Search, MLOps/LLMOps.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

- AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Microservices.

Experience:

- 8+ years in software engineering.

- 4+ years leading AI/ML projects or teams.

- Experience building AI products used in production by customers.
