Role : Sr AI Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and external services.

- Drive technical design, architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of software development experience.

- Strong hands-on programming skills in Python.

- Experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs.

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

- Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.

- Experience building APIs and backend services using FastAPI.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Exposure to AI evaluation, monitoring, and governance frameworks.

Leadership Skills :

- Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture decisions.

- Experience mentoring and guiding engineers.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to drive technical initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
