Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Android AOSP / Framework Engineer with strong expertise in Android internals, system services, SELinux, platform security, and system-level debugging. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across the Android software stack, from bootloader and kernel through the Android Framework and application layers. Experience in Automotive Infotainment (IVI) is highly preferred, particularly candidates who have worked on Android Automotive platforms and automotive cybersecurity.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Android AOSP Framework, System Services, and platform components.

- Design and troubleshoot SELinux/SEPolicy, including domains, cross-domain access, and denials.

- Debug issues across Bootloader, Kernel, Native, Framework, and Application layers.

- Resolve CTS, VTS, and STS failures.

- Work on AOSP build configurations, including BoardConfig.mk and build parameters.

- Develop/debug using Java; C/C++ is an added advantage.

- Address Android platform security and automotive cybersecurity requirements.

- 5+ years AOSP / Android Framework experience

- Strong Java, OOP & Design Patterns

- Android Security : Permissions, Firewall, Cryptography, Keystore/KeyMint

- Automotive IVI / AAOS experience preferred
