About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that drive business impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data engineering, and production-grade AI systems.

This role requires hands-on experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines, deploying models into production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems using AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases.

- Build predictive, classification, recommendation, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI models depending on business requirements.

- Implement advanced ML algorithms using structured and unstructured datasets.

- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, validation, and performance optimization.

- Develop and integrate Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agents.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and workflows.

- Evaluate model performance, hallucination risks, latency, and scalability.

- Build scalable data preprocessing and ML pipelines for training and inference workflows.

- Work with large datasets and distributed processing frameworks.

- Develop automated workflows for data ingestion, transformation, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure high-quality, clean, and reliable datasets for model development.

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments using MLOps best practices.

- Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and automate model retraining and monitoring.

- Monitor model performance, drift, and accuracy in production systems.

- Optimize models for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and models for adoption within the organization.

- Contribute to AI strategy, experimentation, and innovation initiatives.

Programming & Development :

- Strong proficiency in Python.
