Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development.

The candidate should be comfortable building scalable AI solutions, integrating AI models into production applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI-based solutions.

- Build and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for document processing, knowledge retrieval, and AI-powered search.

- Work with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Integrate AI/ML models and LLM APIs into existing applications and business workflows.

- Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and knowledge management.

- Build REST APIs and backend services to deploy AI solutions into production.

- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data teams to identify AI use cases.

- Monitor, evaluate, debug, and improve deployed AI models and applications.

- Follow best practices for model evaluation, data security, version control, and deployment.

Required Technical Skills :

- Experience : 3 - 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Python.

- Machine Learning : Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Generative AI : Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI applications.

- RAG & NLP : Experience building RAG pipelines, text processing workflows, and semantic search solutions.

- AI Frameworks : Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.

- Deep Learning : Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Vector Databases : Experience with FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or similar technologies.

- API Development : Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

- Cloud & Deployment : Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Data Handling : Experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and data preprocessing.
