Required skills:

- 5+ years of software/AI-ML engineering experience, with hands-on experience shipping GenAI or Agentic AI solutions to production.

- Solid, practical experience with cloud preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry/AI Studio, Azure AI Search, Azure ML).

- Strong Python skills and familiarity with agentic/orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph or similar).

- Experience contributing to semantic design and governance for complex business domains and data landscapes.

The strongest profiles should demonstrate production-level GenAI/Agentic AI experience + strong Python coding + Azure hands-on experience + LangChain/LangGraph or similar + semantic design/governance experience.

Key technical requirement:

- Strong hands-on experience in: Agentic AI, Gen AI / Gen AI coding, Designing and implementing AI coding solutions, Semantic Layers, and Custom-built AI code development.

Stakeholder Management:

- Must have experience working with complex teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills are critical.

- Interview Round 2 will specifically assess how candidates handle complex teams/stakeholders.

- Need to capture the type and level of stakeholders handled in the candidate synopsis.

Candidate evaluation:

- Strong focus on coding capabilities in Agentic AI, Gen AI, and Semantic Layers.
