Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI / ML Engineer to design, configure, and optimize enterprise AI-powered search and retrieval solutions using Kore.ai SearchAI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLM-driven search architectures, retrieval optimization, content ingestion, semantic search, and enterprise AI systems.

You will work closely with AI, product, and engineering teams to enhance search relevance, retrieval quality, and intelligent content discovery across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and optimize enterprise AI search solutions using Kore.ai SearchAI

- Design and implement efficient content chunking strategies for structured and unstructured data

- Build and manage content ingestion workflows for enterprise knowledge repositories

- Optimize retrieval pipelines to improve search relevance and response accuracy

- Perform retrieval quality testing, relevance evaluation, and search performance analysis

- Support migration initiatives from SearchAssist to SearchAI environments

- Validate enterprise content against ingestion standards and technical requirements

- Analyze retrieval patterns and recommend improvements using data-driven insights

- Troubleshoot indexing, ingestion, ranking, and retrieval-related issues

- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to improve semantic search capabilities

- Contribute to AI-powered search innovations, intelligent assistants, and agentic AI solutions

- Participate in architecture discussions and best-practice implementation for enterprise AI platforms

Required Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Search Engineering, or Intelligent Automation

- Strong hands-on experience with Kore.ai SearchAI and SearchAssist platforms

- Experience building LLM-powered retrieval and knowledge search solutions

- Expertise in enterprise content ingestion and search optimization

- Experience working with semantic search and retrieval evaluation methodologies

- Strong understanding of vector search technologies and embedding models

- Experience tuning retrieval quality for enterprise AI applications

- Ability to analyze search performance metrics and improve user experience

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks

- Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar vector databases

- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent orchestration frameworks

- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and content validation standards

- Experience working with enterprise AI transformation initiatives
