Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of scalable AI systems, Generative AI applications, and MLOps workflows. This role requires ownership of architecture decisions and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable AI/ML architectures

- Lead LLM, chatbot, and GenAI initiatives

- Build production-grade RAG pipelines

- Own MLOps and deployment workflows

- Drive experimentation and optimization

- Mentor junior engineers and review solutions

- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering teams

- Improve reliability, scalability, and cost optimization

Required Skills :

- 5-7 years experience in AI/ML engineering

- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks

- Deep understanding of GenAI and LLM ecosystems

- Experience with vector databases and embeddings

- Strong MLOps and deployment experience

- Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD knowledge

- Experience scaling AI systems in production

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
