Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML & Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and scalable data processing using PySpark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, RAG solutions, and enterprise-grade GenAI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs and vector databases.

- Develop scalable machine learning and data processing workflows using PySpark.

- Integrate and deploy LLM models such as GPT, Ollama, and other open-source foundation models.

- Configure and optimize LLM parameters including :

1. Temperature

2. Top-K

3. Top-P

4. Context Length

5. Token Management

- Build AI agents and orchestration workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and integrations using FastMCP.

- Design and develop backend APIs and AI services using FastAPI and Uvicorn.

- Implement prompt engineering strategies and Chain-of-Thought reasoning techniques.

- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, and response quality.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

- Hands-on expertise in PySpark for large-scale data processing.

- Experience working with LLMs such as :

1. GPT Models

2. Ollama

3. Open-source Foundation Models

- Strong understanding of :

1. Prompt Engineering

2. Chain of Thought (CoT)

3. RAG Architecture

4. Vector Search Concepts

5. Embeddings and Semantic Search

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.

- Experience with enterprise AI governance and security frameworks.
