Senior AI Engineer - NLP/Computer Vision

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and productionizing AI models, along with strong software engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business problems

- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for training, validation, and inference

- Work on deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.)

- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions

- Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices

- Monitor model performance, drift, and continuously improve accuracy

- Work with large-scale datasets and ensure data quality and preprocessing

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency

- Contribute to AI architecture design and technical decision-making

- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices

- Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)

- Experience with NLP (Transformers, LLMs) or Computer Vision

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling

- Experience in model deployment using APIs, microservices

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes for model deployment

- Strong understanding of data structures and system design

Good to Have :

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI (GPT, BERT, etc.)

- Exposure to prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Experience with real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Spark)

- Publications or contributions in AI/ML research

Educational Qualification : Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
