SG IT Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to work with a leading banking client on building next-generation AI and Machine Learning solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions at scale.

- Design and optimize robust ML pipelines and infrastructure.

- Lead the implementation of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining, and drift detection.

- Develop scalable AI solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

- Optimize model performance, reliability, latency, and cost for production environments.

- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.

- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior AI Engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering with production-grade deployments.

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable ML systems in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of MLOps, ML pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring, and automation.

- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
