As a Senior A1 Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our A1 capabilities within the consulting sector. Based in Mumbai, this position requires a strategic thinker who can lead complex A1 projects and integrate large language models (LLMS) into multifaceted systems.

Description:

- 6-9 years of software engineering experience with a focus on LLM-based or A1 systems in production.

- Proven experience with Google A1 SDKs, Vertex A1, and Azure A1 services, demonstrating hands-on expertise.

- Deep proficiency in orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAl, with a strong understanding of agent design patterns.

- Expert-level knowledge of Python and backend development languages such as FastAPl, GO, or Node.js.

- Experience with cloud services like GCP and Azure, including familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.

- Strong data engineering skills, particularly with vector databases and ETL/ELT processes for unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of multi-agent systems using Google A1 SDKs, LangGraph, and CrewAl, ensuring robust and efficient performance.

- Design and develop stateful, tool-augmented agents capable of advanced reasoning and autonomous execution.

- Document and implement agent orchestration patterns, including planner executor and supervisor-worker structures.

- Integrate tools and APIs into agentic workflows, optimizing for latency, cost, and quality.

- Develop reusable A1 microservices and standardised APIs to enhance platform capabilities.

- Deploy and manage A1 systems on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS, ensuring reliability and scalability.

- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance through code reviews and design discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align A1 engineering with business objectives and outcomes.
