A confidential AI and digital solutions firm is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

The role involves building production-ready LLM applications, multi-agent workflows, and AI-powered automation systems while working closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with technical leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy Agentic AI, LLM, and conversational AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

- Lead end-to-end implementation including model selection, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment.

- Build AI workflows using LLM orchestration frameworks and integrate models with APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.

- Establish model evaluation frameworks covering performance, safety, latency, and cost optimization.

- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.

- Engage directly with clients, provide technical recommendations, and mentor junior engineers.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 7 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Applied AI, or Software Engineering.

- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, Generative AI applications, and Agentic AI architectures.

- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch and modern AI development frameworks.

- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments with cloud and MLOps ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of model evaluation, AI safety, guardrails, and performance optimization.

- Excellent client-facing communication skills and willingness to work from the Mumbai office full-time.
