We are looking for : Senior AI Engineer

You'll make an impact by :

- Agentic workflow implementation - build multi-step AI pipelines with orchestration frameworks, tool integration, and human approval checkpoints

- Knowledge-graph engineering - implement domain knowledge graphs, validation shapes, and ingestion pipelines

- Retrieval and grounding - build hybrid retrieval and citation pipelines ensuring AI outputs trace to verifiable sources

- Evaluation infrastructure - create regression-gated evaluation harnesses and metrics pipelines

- Multi-environment deployment - implement and test across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud configurations

- Observability - structured logging, tracing, and monitoring for production AI systems.

Requirements :

- Education: Bachelors or masters equivalent.

- 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years building AI/ML applications in production

- Built agentic or multi-step AI pipelines with human-in-the-loop and validation steps

- Implemented knowledge graphs or semantic data pipelines

- Delivered software across multiple deployment environments with data sovereignty or offline constraints

Desired Domain Exposure :

- Electrical power systems, protection engineering, or industrial automation

- Engineering data standards (IEC 61850, COMTRADE, or comparable)

- Safety-critical or regulated domains

Tech Stack :

- Python, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, RDF, SPARQL, SHACL, Azure, Docker, OAuth2/OIDC, Vector databases, Local LLM inference, IEC 61850, COMTRADE

- Python engineering: Production-grade (async, clean APIs, testing, dependency management)

- LLM orchestration: Agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, tool-use patterns, stateful workflows

- Knowledge graphs: RDF, SPARQL, SHACL or equivalent; graph data modelling and validation

- RAG and retrieval: Vector databases, hybrid retrieval, chunking, reranking, citation enforcement

- Evaluation: Eval harnesses, regression gating, golden datasets, experiment versioning

- Cloud and infra: Azure, containerization, CI/CD, local and cloud-hosted LLM inference

- Security: OAuth2/OIDC, multi-tenant isolation, least-privilege patterns.
