What will you contribute? :

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to join our Bangalore-based team at Teciem. As a senior individual contributor, you will design, build, and deliver our GenAI solutions to production quality. You will work within the Bangalore team, reporting to the AI Engineering Lead.

Key responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver GenAI features to production quality.

- Contribute to architecture, tooling, and development standards alongside the AI Engineering Lead.

- Take part in code reviews, performance optimization, and technical design.

- Mentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers on the AI roadmap.

- Stay current with AI research and trends.

Required qualifications & skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.

- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI engineering.

- Deep expertise in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI.

- Demonstrated success in deploying GenAI solutions in production.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with large-scale analytics and machine learning libraries.

- Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangGraph, MCP).
