- Bachelor's degree related to Artificial Intelligence or Data Science.

- Professional certifications in Azure, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science etc.

- Experience in banking industry is preferred.

- Candidates with 3 to 10 years experience in the AI and Data Department & related experiences in IT industry.

- Experience in applying AI/ML and GenAI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.

Preferred Skills :

1. Technical Expertise :

- In-depth Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative models.

- Proficiency in using AI development frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorc).

- Deep understanding in Azure Cloud, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.

- Deep understanding and practical experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.

- You will be responsible for the development, deployment, and governance of AI, ML and GenAI solutions. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with best practices, and driving the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

2. AI/ML/GenAI Development & Advisory :

- Identify and promote innovative use cases for AI and GenAI.

- Support the development of custom AI applications, models, and solutions.

- Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with other teams.

- Lead and develop chatbot (ChatGPT) and automation business flow using Microsoft technology stack such as MS OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry, Power Platform, etc.

- Conduct evaluations of the Large Language Models provided by the key players in the market.

- Encourage experimentation and prototyping to drive digital transformation.

- Advise on a broad range of technology associated with AI.

3. Security and Risk Management :

- Implement security measures to protect data and AI models.

- Ensure that AI solutions adhere to security policies and standards.

4. Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for AI solutions.
