Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that drive business impact at scale.

This role is ideal for engineers who have successfully moved beyond experimentation and prototypes to delivering AI applications in real-world production environments. You will work across the entire AI life cycle rom model development and LLM integration to deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms, and MLOps, with a strong focus on building scalable and reliable AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Development :

- Translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions and technical strategies.

- Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models.

- Build and optimize feature engineering frameworks and scalable data pipelines.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and agentic AI workflows.

Production AI Engineering :

- Integrate AI models into enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.

- Build highly available and scalable AI services using modern deployment architectures.

- Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and business impact.

MLOps & Platform Engineering :

- Implement end-to-end MLOps practices including CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and automation.

- Establish model governance, retraining strategies, and drift detection mechanisms.

- Manage deployment pipelines and production AI infrastructure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.

- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.

- Drive best practices across AI engineering, software development, and operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 6- 11 years total software/data engineering experience, with 3+ years building production AI/ML systems

- LLM and Generative AI experience (1.5+ years) hands-on with OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
