About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Developer to lead advanced projects leveraging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), IDP, NLP, Azure Functions, Python, Graph and Vector Databases. You will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring technical excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development and implementation of AI & Automation solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Architect and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across industry verticals.

- Ensure robust integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps.

- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in AI development and deployment.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation within projects.

Requirements :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML and automation development.

- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, MLflow).

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-3/4, BERT, T5) and fine-tuning techniques.

- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and Knowledge Graphs.

- Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms and integrating with enterprise applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
