As a Senior Agentic AI Developer at Vitel Global Communications, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that revolutionize our communication platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of automating tasks, enhancing user experiences, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop agentic AI systems to automate communication workflows and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing communication platforms and services.

- Implement and evaluate AI algorithms for natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine learning to enhance user interactions.

- Conduct research and experimentation to identify and implement innovative AI solutions for communication challenges.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI agents to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

- Document and maintain code, configurations, and deployment procedures for AI systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using Python and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
