Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Semarchy MDM Implementation Consultant to lead complex data architecture initiatives for our global enterprise clients. In this senior-level capacity, you will serve as the primary technical authority, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and robust data governance frameworks.

You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, data architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to design, deploy, and optimize Semarchy xDM solutions that ensure data integrity and consistency across the enterprise. Your work will directly influence the organization's ability to leverage trusted data for strategic decision-making, ultimately driving operational efficiency and digital transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end MDM solutions using the Semarchy xDM platform to address complex data quality and master data management challenges for large-scale enterprise environments.

- Lead the full lifecycle of MDM implementations, from initial discovery and data modeling to configuration, integration, and final production deployment, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous data requirements into precise technical specifications, ensuring the final solution delivers measurable improvements in data accuracy and accessibility.

- Mentor junior consultants and technical teams by establishing best practices for data stewardship, workflow design, and platform governance to maintain high standards of delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues between Semarchy and existing enterprise ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, and cloud data warehouses, to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by auditing existing MDM implementations and recommending architectural enhancements that optimize performance and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing and implementing Semarchy xDM solutions, with a deep understanding of data modeling, matching/merging rules, and workflow orchestration.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering consensus and ensuring project alignment across diverse business units.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities to diagnose data quality issues and design scalable, long-term architectural solutions that support enterprise-wide master data strategies.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage client expectations, navigate project risks, and provide strategic guidance in a high-stakes, remote-first environment.

- Extensive experience working with large-scale data integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and cloud-based data architectures.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact data projects.

- Self-driven professional with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain high productivity while collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones.
