Access Management Technical Lead (PingOne DaVinci) :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of IAM/Access Management engineers.

- Define IAM/AM technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap.

- Design and implement SSO, MFA, Identity Federation, RBAC, and access controls.

- Lead integration of IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud, and on-prem systems.

- Drive access provisioning/de-provisioning automation and process improvements.

- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, security incidents, and authentication/authorization problems.

- Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.

- Collaborate with Security, Application, Infrastructure, Compliance, and business teams.

- Provide technical guidance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, scalability, and customer experience.

Required Technical Skills :

- Mandatory : PingOne DaVinci or similar IAM orchestration platform.

- Strong IAM/AM knowledge with PingFederate, Ping/ForgeRock AM, PingOne, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, etc.

- Authentication & federation : SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA, Adaptive/Risk-Based Authentication.

- Knowledge of Passwordless, Certificate-based, and Kerberos authentication.

- Strong understanding of IAM, CIAM, access management, RBAC, security, encryption, and threat modeling.

- Cloud IAM experience with AWS, Azure/Entra ID, or similar platforms.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience :

- Technology-related degree.

- 5 - 10 years of IAM experience.

- Team leadership/mentoring experience preferred.

- IAM/security certifications or Master's degree are a plus.
