Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), cloud identity management, automation, and security engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Saviynt.

- Deploy and manage Saviynt IGA, Cloud PAM (CPAM), Application Access Governance (AAG), and Infrastructure Security Posture Management (ISPM) capabilities.

- Implement identity governance and access controls across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Integrate enterprise applications, cloud services, and identity providers with Saviynt.

- Configure identity lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning, certification campaigns, role management, and policy enforcement.

- Implement automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments and configuration management.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement secure identity architectures.

- Troubleshoot IAM issues, optimize platform performance, and provide production support.

- Participate in security reviews, compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity Engineering.

- Hands-on experience implementing and administering Saviynt as an IGA, CPAM, AAG, and ISPM platform.

- Strong experience with hybrid and multi-cloud identity management across AWS and Microsoft Azure.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud identity services.

- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access governance.

- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience implementing IAM solutions within the Financial Services industry is preferred.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow for IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Familiarity with Jira and ITIL processes.

- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

- Relevant certifications such as:

1. Saviynt Certified IGA Professional

2. Saviynt Certified PAM Professional

3. Microsoft SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator

4. Microsoft AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer

5. AWS Certified Security - Specialty

Education (Mandatory):

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
