Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, and support Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

- Configure and customize identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role management, and provisioning workflows.

- Deploy and maintain Saviynt solutions in enterprise environments.

- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directory services, and cloud platforms.

- Implement identity governance, access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs and connectors.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot identity management issues and provide production support.

- Ensure adherence to security policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt.

- Strong experience in Saviynt development, customization, implementation, and deployment.

- Expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and enterprise directory services (Active Directory/LDAP).

- Experience with cloud access governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise and third-party applications.

- Strong understanding of user provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and identity lifecycle management.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and identity connectors.

- Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA.

- Exposure to other IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk.

- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Java, or Groovy) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with security, audit, and compliance frameworks.
