Job Description :

ProwessEnterprise (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Saviynt IAM Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Saviynt solutions to meet enterprise identity governance, access management, compliance, and security requirements.

This role requires strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, workflow development, certifications, integrations, and troubleshooting. The candidate should be capable of independently delivering Saviynt implementations and enhancements across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Identity Lifecycle Management :

- Design and implement end-to-end Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes within Saviynt.

- Configure and manage identity provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.

- Develop identity correlation rules and account matching strategies.

- Implement attribute mapping, transformations, and identity data management processes.

Application Onboarding & Integrations :

- Onboard enterprise applications into Saviynt using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.

- Configure account, entitlement, and access imports for connected applications.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JDBC, SCIM, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.

- Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, SaaS platforms, and other enterprise systems.

- Support onboarding of business-critical applications such as SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, databases, and cloud applications.

Access Governance & Compliance :

- Configure and manage access request workflows and approval processes.

- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and entitlement structures.

- Develop access governance policies, access review campaigns, and compliance controls.

- Configure and execute User Access Reviews (UAR) and certification campaigns.

- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and perform violation analysis and remediation.

- Generate governance and compliance reports for audit requirements.

Workflow Development & Customization :

- Develop and customize Saviynt workflows to automate identity governance processes.

- Create custom request forms using Groovy scripting.

- Configure approval chains, escalations, notifications, and policy-based access controls.

- Enhance Saviynt functionality through custom business logic and automation.

Technical Development & Automation :

- Develop custom integrations and automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.

- Create SQL queries, reports, and analytics dashboards.

- Optimize system performance and improve operational efficiency through automation.

- Support API integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Investigate and resolve provisioning, deprovisioning, and synchronization issues.

- Troubleshoot connector failures, import jobs, workflows, certifications, and analytics tasks.

- Analyze API responses and JSON/XML payloads using tools such as Postman.

- Monitor Saviynt scheduled jobs and ensure successful execution.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC / Identity Governance Administration (IGA).

- Strong experience in identity lifecycle management and access governance.

- Expertise in application onboarding and connector configuration.

- Hands-on experience with provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.

- Strong knowledge of RBAC, UAR, SoD, certifications, and governance controls.

- Experience developing custom integrations using REST APIs, JDBC, SCIM, JSON, XML, and web services.

- Experience creating custom forms and workflows using Groovy scripting.

- Advanced SQL query writing and database troubleshooting skills.

- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and enterprise identity repositories.

- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in multiple Saviynt implementation projects.

- Experience onboarding SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, and other enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with cloud identity and access management concepts.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance standards.

- Relevant Saviynt certifications are highly preferred.
