Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Saviynt Developer to join our high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust identity governance solutions that secure enterprise environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, security architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex security requirements into scalable Saviynt configurations. By streamlining access request processes and automating identity lifecycles, you will directly impact the organizations security posture, ensuring seamless compliance and operational efficiency for thousands of end-users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement Saviynt IGA solutions to automate user provisioning, access certification, and entitlement management for global enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors using RESTful Webservices to integrate Saviynt with diverse cloud and on-premise applications, ensuring real-time data synchronization.
- Design complex SQL queries and stored procedures to facilitate data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting within the identity ecosystem.
- Collaborate with security stakeholders to define and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and ensuring audit readiness.
- Provide technical leadership during the full software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to post-deployment support and system optimization.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Saviynt IGA platforms to meet unique business workflows and security mandates.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful Webservices to enable seamless interoperability between identity platforms and third-party enterprise applications.
- Advanced command of SQL for complex database manipulation, performance tuning, and generating actionable security insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical security concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.
- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing time effectively across distributed teams while maintaining high standards of code quality.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 6-10 years of hands-on experience in identity governance and access management.
