iPivot is looking for an experienced Saviynt Consultant to work on enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Saviynt, identity lifecycle management, access governance, application integrations and security compliance.

The role involves implementing and configuring Saviynt solutions, supporting enterprise identity governance processes, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure and support Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

- Design and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) workflows.

- Configure identity provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests and approval workflows.

- Perform application onboarding and configure connectors to integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications and identity repositories.

- Configure and support access certification campaigns, user access reviews and entitlement reviews.

- Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and access governance controls.

- Develop and maintain Saviynt workflows, business rules, forms and integrations based on project requirements.

- Support integrations with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST API-enabled applications.

- Troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector issues, workflow errors and identity reconciliation problems.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment and production support.

- Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining access governance records and technical documentation.

- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to IAM processes and platform performance.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application and business teams to deliver project milestones.

- Coordinate with product vendors and client stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues when required.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

- Strong understanding of IAM, IGA and enterprise identity security concepts.

- Identity lifecycle management, including JML processes.

- Access provisioning, de-provisioning and access request management.

- Application onboarding, connector configuration and enterprise integrations.

- Access certifications, user access reviews and entitlement management.

- RBAC, SoD policies and access governance controls.

- Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, JSON and web services.

- Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP and database integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Saviynt implementation or enhancement projects.

- Exposure to custom connectors, workflow development and integration troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of scripting or programming for IAM automation and customization.

- Familiarity with security audits, regulatory compliance and identity governance best practices.

- Relevant Saviynt certifications.

Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 15 years of relevant professional experience, as specified in the hiring campaign.

- Strong hands-on technical or functional expertise relevant to Saviynt implementations.

- Experience working on enterprise implementation, configuration, integration or support engagements.

- Ability to manage deliverables independently and collaborate with client-facing teams.

- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
