Role : SAP Joule & Intelligent Enterprise Transformation Consultant

Location: Bangalore, India (Preferred)

ABB requires an experienced SAP consultant to assess the current SAP ECC landscape, identify process improvement opportunities, recommend SAP BTP innovations, and define a roadmap for SAP Joule and Agentic AI adoption to support future S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing ERP processes in SAP ECC and identify improvement opportunities aligned with S/4HANA best practices and future readiness.

- Conduct process assessments and recommend simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives.

- Identify candidates for SAP BTP adoption and recommend suitable services such as Integration Suite, Build Process Automation, Build Apps, Datasphere, and Analytics Cloud.

- Assess business processes for SAP Joule enablement and identify high-value Agentic AI automation use cases.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive discussions to define business value, priorities, and transformation roadmaps.

- Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Skills:

- SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation expertise

- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services and architecture

- Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, and intelligent automation initiatives

- Business process analysis and process optimization experience

- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP BTP certifications, SAP Signavio exposure, and experience in manufacturing or industrial domains.

Engagement Requirement:

- Consultant should preferably be based in Bangalore and available for regular face-to-face interactions with ABB stakeholders.
