SAP Fiori Developer - UI5/RFC

Job Title : SAP Fiori Developer (with RFC and OData Integration)

Location : Remote

Experience Required : 35 years (relevant experience in Fiori, OData, and RFC)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 framework.

- Create and enhance OData services to integrate backend SAP systems with Fiori front-end.

- Work with ABAP developers to create/consume Remote Function Calls (RFC) from SAP backend.

- Ensure seamless communication between front-end (Fiori) and back-end (SAP ECC/S4HANA).

- Optimize performance of Fiori apps and troubleshoot runtime issues.

- Maintain best practices for SAPUI5 coding, version control, and testing.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly applications.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.

- In-depth knowledge of OData service development and consumption.

- Solid experience in RFC (Remote Function Calls) integration.

- Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Familiarity with SAP Gateway, NetWeaver, and BOPF.

- Experience working on S/4HANA systems is a plus.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- SAP certification in Fiori/UI5 or ABAP (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have :

- Experience with CAPM, BTP, or SAP Business Application Studio.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
