You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to navigate complex migration challenges, ensuring that the financial integrity of the business is maintained throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end Brownfield migration strategies to transition legacy financial data into SAP S/4HANA environments while minimizing operational downtime.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with specific client business requirements, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards.

- Lead complex data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records post-migration.

- Partner with technical and functional teams to troubleshoot integration issues between FICO and other SAP modules, ensuring a cohesive enterprise architecture.

- Provide expert-level guidance to client stakeholders during the post-go-live phase to facilitate user adoption and system stabilization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP FICO, specifically regarding the nuances of Brownfield implementation projects and system upgrades.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to diagnose complex financial process gaps and design scalable, automated solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating intricate technical migration requirements into clear, actionable business insights.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work in a hybrid environment across Hyderabad or Bangalore, while preparing for international project deployment in Malaysia.

- Possess 7 to 12 years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects.

- Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a professional approach to project delivery and client management.
