Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

- Lead Salesforce customization and development efforts across projects.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Oversee integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Manage and guide teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, and platform capabilities.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong experience in integrations and data architecture.

- Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle complex enterprise-level implementations.

- Salesforce certifications (Architect-level preferred).
