Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Define program strategy, roadmap, milestones, governance model, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects/workstreams simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, QA, Architecture, and external partners.
- Drive program governance through regular steering committee meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision forums.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers; drive timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Manage program resources, capacity, budgets, vendors, and delivery dependencies to optimize utilization and business outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable Salesforce initiatives and delivery plans.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote effective Agile, SAFe, or other modern delivery practices where applicable.
- Track program health using KPIs, dashboards, financial metrics, milestones, risks, and delivery metrics; provide clear executive-level reporting.
- Ensure effective change management, communication, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
- Oversee UAT, release planning, deployment readiness, adoption, and transition to business/operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, governance, automation, productivity, and customer/business outcomes.
- Manage relationships with senior executives, customers, implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Mentor project/program managers and contribute to establishing standardized delivery practices and program management frameworks.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- 5-10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technology Delivery, or IT Consulting, with significant experience managing Salesforce initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through implementation and adoption.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM integrations, or related Salesforce products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams, competing priorities, budgets, resources, dependencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, dependency management, change management, release management, and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improve program outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with program/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, presentations, and executive communications.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams and managing stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
- Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and technology partners is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
