We are looking for passionate Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC to design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

- Configure and customize OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) for scalable, industry-specific solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2-6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Hands-on experience in OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce CLI.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer).

- Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud or other Salesforce Industry Clouds.

- Exposure to AWS CodeBuild or similar DevOps tools.
