SailPoint IIQ Engineer / IAM Developer
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Engineer / IAM Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management, SailPoint IdentityIQ, REST APIs, application onboarding, and identity lifecycle management.
The role will involve developing and supporting SailPoint IIQ solutions, onboarding applications, troubleshooting identity lifecycle workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and improving reliability, monitoring, and error-handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ rules using BeanShell and Java.
- Design and implement application onboarding using Web Services, Delimited File, and standard SailPoint IIQ connectors.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion EPM, BMC Helix, Anaplan, Avature, and other business applications.
- Develop and support REST API integrations for identity and access management processes.
- Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Troubleshoot SailPoint LCM workflows and complex identity-management issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis using Splunk, application logs, and code tracing.
- Identify and resolve production issues while ensuring system reliability and stability.
- Implement robust error-handling and fail-safe mechanisms across IAM workflows.
- Enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities to improve platform reliability.
- Analyze technical issues and document findings, solutions, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across SailPoint and IAM processes.
- Follow secure development and IAM best practices throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.
Required Candidate Profile :
- 8+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity and Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong experience in SailPoint IIQ rule development using BeanShell and Java.
- 8+ years of experience working with REST APIs.
- Strong experience with application onboarding and SailPoint connectors.
- Experience with Web Service and Delimited File connectors.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and identity lifecycle processes.
- Experience troubleshooting SailPoint LCM workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, log analysis, RCA, and code tracing.
- Experience working with cloud and on-premises identity environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of error handling, monitoring, fail-safe mechanisms, and system reliability.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Oracle Fusion EPM, BMC Helix, Anaplan, Avature, or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture and identity governance.
- Experience supporting business-critical IAM platforms in production environments.
- Exposure to automation, monitoring, and platform reliability practices.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
