We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow Architect/Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will implement and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, helping clients manage and secure their digital identities effectively. Should have some leadership experience. ISC certification preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the IGA subject-matter expert to senior technology and business leaders; translate complex identity concepts into business outcomes.

- Mentor and develop team members; build a culture of delivery excellence, security by design, and continuous improvement.

- Manage vendor relationships; evaluate and optimize license usage, platform roadmap, and support models.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their identity governance and administration needs.

- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to meet client requirements.

- Engage in the configuration and management of connectors to integrate IdentityNow with various systems and applications.

- Customize identity workflows, role definitions, and policies within IdentityNow to ensure alignment with client security policies.

- Conduct access reviews, certifications, and compliance reporting using IdentityNow.

- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to IdentityNow implementations.

- Offer training and guidance to client teams on the best practices for use and administration of SailPoint solutions.

- Contribute to the overall security architecture with identity and access management best practices.

- Keep up with the latest developments in SailPoint IdentityNow functionalities and related technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Demonstrable experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.

- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and cloud-based solutions.

- Experience with APIs, RESTful web services, and SaaS integrations.

- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access request processes.

- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation, such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
