Job Responsibilities :
- Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Create and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and reports.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems.
- Onboard applications into the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Implement and manage RBAC, access controls, and governance policies.
- Conduct access certification and compliance campaigns.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver events.
- Perform role engineering, entitlement discovery, and policy enforcement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Lead and participate in UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Development.
- Expertise in workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning, and access governance.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and directories.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
