Role Overview :

As a SailPoint Engineer at Sysmind Tech, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including security architects, application developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of SailPoint with various enterprise systems. Your expertise will be crucial in automating identity lifecycle management processes, enhancing security posture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ, including connectors, rules, workflows, and reports, to automate identity provisioning, access certification, and password management processes.

- Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various target systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP directories, databases, and cloud applications, using SailPoint REST APIs and other integration methods.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ deployments, providing timely and effective support to end-users and stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Perform SailPoint IdentityIQ installations and upgrades on Linux environments.

- Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security policies and controls within the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise environments.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ, including connectors, rules, workflows, and reports.

- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, such as provisioning, access certification, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Proficient in Java programming and experience with SailPoint REST APIs for integration with various systems.

- Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
