Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint platforms including IdentityIQ (IIQ), IdentityNow (IDN), or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

The role requires hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, connector development, application integrations, and IAM security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

- Configure and support SailPoint platforms including:

1. SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

2. SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)

3. SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

- Work with application teams to identify, aggregate, and correlate application/system user accounts with SailPoint Identity Cubes.

- Develop and configure SailPoint modules including:

1. Audit

2. Compliance

3. Identity Lifecycle Management

4. Service Account Management

- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot custom SailPoint connectors.

- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and identity systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations.

- Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities.

- Create and maintain technical documentation including processes, procedures, and system configurations.

- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in SailPoint development and Identity Access Management (IAM).

- Strong hands-on experience with one or more:

1. SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

2. SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)

3. SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Technical Skills Required:

- SailPoint integration experience with:

1. CyberArk

2. Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD

3. ServiceNow

Experience with:

- REST APIs

- Web Services

- API-based integrations

Strong programming knowledge in:

- Java

- BeanShell scripting

Experience working with relational databases:

- Oracle

- SQL Server

- MySQL

- DB2

IAM Security Protocols:

- Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization protocols:

1. SCIM

2. SAML 2.0

3. OAuth

4. OpenID Connect

5. WS-Federation (WS-Fed)

6. WS-Security

7. REST/Web Services

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and identity governance processes.

- Experience in SailPoint implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to work with clients, application teams, and technology partners.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
