Saama Technologies - Delivery Manager - Insurance & Analytics

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Partner with a strong background in Insurance, Data & Analytics, and large-scale technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery, operations, transformation, and P&L for strategic accounts. This role demands strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes while enabling account growth in collaboration with the Client Partner.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery & Operations Leadership :

- Own end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation for Insurance clients.

- Take P&L ownership and ensure financial and operational performance of the portfolio.

- Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organizational and client goals.

- Lead and govern delivery across programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and business value.

- Apply expertise in data warehousing, analytics, Snowflake, ETL processes, and related technologies to enable success.

- Implement and scale agile methodologies and best practices.

Client Engagement & Growth :

- Work closely with the Client Partner to enable account growth and identify opportunities for expansion.

- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into impactful delivery solutions.

- Conduct regular governance and business reviews with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Thought Leadership & Innovation :

- Provide insights, trends, and best practices in Insurance Data & Analytics to position the company as a trusted partner.

- Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within delivery.

Risk & Issue Management :

- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, mitigating issues to ensure smooth execution.

- Handle escalations effectively with minimal disruption to business outcomes.

Leadership & Team Building :

- Lead, inspire, and motivate large cross-functional delivery teams.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

- Challenge the status quo to identify and drive process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in delivery leadership, with at least 10 years in Insurance sector engagements.

- Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Analytics, Snowflake, ETL processes, and related technologies.

- Proven experience in P&L ownership and large-scale delivery management.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and program management practices.

- Demonstrated ability to work with CXO-level stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive growth.

- Led and managed teams of 200+ professionals across large-scale portfolios.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in conducting business reviews and showcasing thought leadership.

- Self-starter, adaptable, with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
