Role Overview:

Own the end-to-end evaluation, selection, implementation and adoption of enterprise AI platforms to solve priority business use cases. Translate business process needs into fit-for-purpose solutions and deliver measurable gains in productivity, turnaround time and business outcomes.

Business use-case assessment:

- Understand business workflows, identify AI opportunities, prioritize use cases and define expected outcomes.

Platform evaluation:

- Benchmark market-leading AI platforms through fit-gap assessments, demos and pilots; evaluate capability, integration, security, scale and cost.

Implementation ownership:

- Lead requirements, solution design, vendor delivery, configuration, integrations, testing and go-live.

Stakeholder & vendor coordination:

- Act as the bridge between business teams, IT and providers; manage delivery issues and post-implementation support.

Business adoption:

- Drive user onboarding, training, process change and sustained usage across functions.

Value realization:

- Set and track KPIs for adoption, productivity, turnaround time, quality and ROI; optimize to achieve targeted business benefits.

Governance :

- Ensure platforms align with enterprise data security, privacy and responsible AI standards.

Technical & Professional Skills :

- Working knowledge of GenAI capabilities, workflow automation, system integration, data security and privacy.

- Strong business stakeholder management, vendor evaluation, project delivery and change-management skills.

- Exposure to real estate processes and enterprise CRM/ERP systems is preferred
