Ruby on Rails Developer - Microservices Architecture

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Experience in integrating REST APIs and background job processing (Sidekiq/Resque).

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

- Experience with TDD/BDD using RSpec or similar frameworks.

- Strong CS Fundamentals specifically in Networking, Databases, and Operating Systems.

- Organised and self-sufficient.

- Attention to detail.

- Proficiency in front-end/backend development, preferably full stack.

- Understanding of MVC frameworks such as Rails (preferred), Angular(preferred), Django,

React etc.

- Understanding of micro-service architecture.

- Experience with test-driven development.

- Strong nix skills (Linux, FreeBSD, and/or Mac OS X preferred).

- Familiarity with AWS/Kubernetes.

- Strong SQL skills, familiarity with PostgreSQL a plus.

- Mentored 2-3 developers in the past.

Good to Have :

- Experience in front-end technologies (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
