Job Title : Developer Lead (.NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, LINQ, SQL)

Location : Bangalore / Pune

Experience : 8+ years (with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Developer Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of a cloud-native, multi-tenant enterprise solution using .NET Core and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor developers, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead REST API design and development, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

- Design and optimize SQL Server database solutions.

- Enforce API security standards, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure responsive and user-friendly designs.

- Guide microservices and integration design for seamless communication between APIs and third-party systems.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to maintain code quality and best practices.

- Drive cloud-native strategies, including containerization and deployment automation.

Critical Skills :

- Expertise in .NET Core 8.0, C#, MVC/Blazor/Razor, and Telerik Controls.

- Strong in REST API development and security.

- Proficiency in SQL Server and query optimization.

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development (AWS/Azure).

- Exposure to JavaScript and front-end integration best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in T-SQL
