About the Role :

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Backend) and React (Frontend) to join our growing team.

Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly UIs with React.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.

- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Contribute to Agile processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).

Requirements :

- Proven experience with Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.)

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with relational & non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

- Knowledge of TypeScript for frontend development.

- Exposure to testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).

- Experience with DevOps practices & IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
