Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and scale backend services using Java & Spring Boot

- Design and develop RESTful APIs that power real-world products

- Work with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, JPA

- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code

- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams

- Debug, optimize, and improve performance as we grow

- Take ownership from idea to deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience

- Strong fundamentals in Core Java (Java 8+)

- Solid experience with Spring Boot

- Working knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs

- Comfortable with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) & No SQL databases(MongoDB)

- Familiar with Git and modern development workflows

- Someone who cares about code quality, not just making it work

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD

- Startup or product-based company experience

- An ownership mindset and curiosity to learn
