Job Summary:
Looking for a hands-on Robotics Software Engineer to develop, deploy, debug, and optimize robotics software for production systems. The role involves ROS development, robot deployment, system integration, and troubleshooting robotic behaviours in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy robotics software modules.
- Configure and deploy software stacks on robots.
- Debug deployment, configuration, and runtime issues.
- Optimize navigation, localization, sensor fusion, and robotic behaviours.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration.
- Work with increasing ownership on modules and features.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Tech Stack:
- ROS 1 & ROS 2
- C++ (C++11/14/17) and Python
- Linux, Git, Docker, CI/CD
- Robotics, Navigation, Localization, Sensor Fusion
- AI/ML-based robotic models
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ROS 1 & ROS 2.
- Strong C++ and good Python skills.
- Understanding of hardware-software integration is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
