Job Description

Role Overview :

As a Robotics Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying intelligent autonomous systems that bridge the gap between mechanical precision and computational intelligence. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable robotic solutions.

Your daily contributions will directly influence the efficiency and safety of our automated platforms, ensuring that our technology delivers tangible value to our clients by optimizing operational workflows and pushing the boundaries of industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement sophisticated control algorithms to enhance the precision and reliability of robotic movements in dynamic environments.

- Integrate advanced sensor suites and perception pipelines using OpenCV and ROS to enable real-time spatial awareness and decision-making capabilities.

- Develop and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow to improve autonomous navigation and object recognition, directly impacting system accuracy.

- Program and troubleshoot PLC and embedded systems to ensure seamless communication between hardware components and high-level software layers.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mechatronic systems, from initial prototyping and simulation to final on-site deployment and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine system architecture, ensuring that all robotic solutions meet stringent safety and performance benchmarks for our end users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ROS and Robot Programming, with a proven ability to design modular, maintainable code for complex robotic platforms.

- Strong proficiency in AI and Machine Learning frameworks, specifically TensorFlow, to solve perception and predictive maintenance challenges.

- Deep technical knowledge of Control Systems Engineering and Mechatronics, supported by a solid foundation in sensor integration and signal processing.

- Proven experience in embedded systems and PLC programming, ensuring high-performance hardware-software interfacing.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- A minimum of 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in robotics development, ideally backed by an advanced degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

- High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, managing multiple project streams with varying technical requirements.
