Role Overview:

As an Archer Consultant, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of GRC solutions on the RSA Archer platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders to translate complex compliance requirements into scalable technical configurations. Your work will directly influence the organizations ability to manage risk effectively, ensuring that our clients maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance through high-performance, user-centric GRC applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and configure RSA Archer solutions to align with specific organizational risk management frameworks and compliance mandates.

- Develop custom features and enhancements using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to improve the user interface and overall functionality of the Archer platform.

- Integrate Archer with third-party systems and data sources to streamline risk reporting and automate compliance workflows for internal stakeholders.

- Conduct thorough system testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of GRC applications across production environments.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence in platform engineering and risk management practices.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing the RSA Archer platform, with a deep understanding of GRC modules and data-driven workflows.

- Proficiency in front-end development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create intuitive and responsive user experiences within the Archer environment.

- Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Proven ability to work independently or within a distributed team structure, maintaining high standards of delivery in both Bangalore and Chennai office environments.

- A minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience in GRC platform development or a related technical consulting role.
