Reveille Technologies - Generative AI Developer/Specialist

Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Gen AI Developer Specialist to design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and strong experience in Python-based AI application development. This role involves end-to-end ownershipfrom model experimentation to production deployment on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases

- Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI / Multi-Agent frameworks

- Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization of transformer-based models

- Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Flask

- Implement AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel

- Integrate OpenAI GPT models and other LLM APIs into production-ready Python applications

- Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases

- Work with NLP libraries such as BERT, SpaCy, NLTK, Word2Vec, and GloVe for text processing and analysis

- Implement MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment

- Containerize and orchestrate AI services using Docker and Kubernetes

- Handle structured and unstructured data using SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases

- Develop AI solutions for document intelligence, including PDF and PPT processing using PyMuPDF, python-pptx, etc.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

- Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization across AI systems

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

- 9 - 12 years of overall software development experience with significant focus on AI/ML and Generative AI

- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with LLMOps, model evaluation frameworks, and AI governance

- Exposure to fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.)
