We are seeking a seasoned Reltio MDM Consultant to join our high-performing data practice. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our global clients, architecting and implementing robust Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio Cloud platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders to transform complex data landscapes into unified, actionable assets.

By driving the end-to-end lifecycle of MDM initiatives-from requirement gathering to deployment-you will directly influence the quality of enterprise decision-making and ensure our clients maintain a "single source of truth" that scales with their business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure sophisticated data models within Reltio Cloud to ensure high data integrity and alignment with specific business domain requirements.

- Develop and maintain complex API integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between Reltio and peripheral enterprise systems, ensuring real-time data synchronization.

- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate intricate business rules into automated data stewardship workflows and matching/merging logic.

- Execute data migration and cleansing strategies, leveraging Informatica and other ETL tools to ensure a smooth transition of legacy data into the modern cloud environment.

- Provide technical leadership during project lifecycles, mentoring junior team members and conducting code reviews to maintain high standards of delivery excellence.

- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize data retrieval processes, directly impacting the efficiency of downstream analytical applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Reltio Cloud configuration, including L3/L4 modeling, match/merge rules, and workflow orchestration.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in API-led connectivity and data integration patterns, with a proven ability to bridge Reltio with complex enterprise ecosystems.

- Possess advanced knowledge of Data Management principles, including data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data lifecycle management.

- Showcase hands-on experience with Informatica or similar enterprise-grade ETL tools to manage large-scale data ingestion and transformation tasks.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across global teams.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment in Pune, Bangalore, or Delhi NCR, maintaining high productivity and engagement in distributed team settings.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact data solutions over a career spanning 4 to 25 years.
