Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions for delivering trusted golden records across the real estate value chain.

- Work on Property and Company Match Rules.

1. Architect and tune company matching logic, including :

- Match rules

- Cleanse functions

- Tokenization

- Survivorship

2. Configure Reltio entity models and relationships, including :

- Parent/subsidiary hierarchies

- Account hierarchies

- Reference data (RDM)

- Data quality rules specific to corporate/legal entity data

- Integrate external enrichment and matching sources such as DB, DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and third-party firmographics to improve company match precision and reduce duplicates.

- Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors to CRM, ERP, lease, and property systems.

- Define and optimize match-and-merge thresholds.

- Handle false positives and false negatives and govern manual data steward review workflows for ambiguous company matches.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce MDM best practices and performance tuning across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.

- Partner with data architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards to translate data requirements into scalable and governed solutions.

- Ensure data security, role-based access, audit, and compliance with GDPR/data privacy requirements for sensitive client and partner information.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5 - 12 years of experience in Data Management.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Reltio Architect experience with proven expertise.

- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.

- Experience with Property and Company Match Rules.

- Strong understanding of matching logic, match rules, cleanse functions, tokenization, and survivorship.

- Experience configuring Reltio entity models, relationships, hierarchies, reference data (RDM), and data quality rules.

- Experience integrating external enrichment and matching sources such as DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and third-party firmographics.

- Hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors.

- Experience integrating Reltio with CRM, ERP, lease, and property systems.

- Strong understanding of match-and-merge thresholds, false positives/negatives, and data steward workflows.

- Experience with data security, role-based access, audit, and GDPR/data privacy.

- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills.
